Terms of Use

Last updated:

This policy covers the three markets SkyHoppy serves today — Brazil (LGPD), the United States (CCPA/CPRA) and Canada (PIPEDA). It is written by the team building the product and has not been reviewed by outside counsel.

SkyHoppy is still being built. By using the site you agree to these short terms.

A planning service

SkyHoppy helps you plan trips: it suggests places and day-by-day itineraries and estimates their time and cost. It is a planning tool, not a travel agency, and its features may change while it is being built.

Bookings happen with our partners

We never sell or book travel ourselves. When you choose to book, you are sent to a partner's site through an affiliate link, and the booking, payment, changes and refunds are between you and that partner, under their terms. We may earn a commission when you book; it does not change the price you pay.

Prices are indicative

Prices and schedules come from partners and may be cached, so they can change before you book. The price the partner shows at checkout is the one that counts.

The paid pass

An optional paid pass unlocks more than the free use of SkyHoppy. What a pass includes and what it costs are shown before you buy. Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record, and Pix payments by Efí. Buying a pass never hides or removes booking options.

A single pass lasts 30 days from purchase; the annual plan covers a full year instead. A pass is a digital service: buying, renewing or not renewing it never books, changes or refunds a trip. Trip refunds are between you and the booking partner, under their own terms, with or without a pass.

No warranties

SkyHoppy is provided as is. Itineraries are suggestions: check opening hours, entry rules, travel documents and safety yourself before you go. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on them.
